Woot-Woot! Following our app launches in New York, DC, Dallas, Nashville, and Tampa, Carmel continues to move upward and onward putting our pedal to the metal in our nation wide App launch. And this time, we hit up the West Coast.

So what does the Carmel App offer you?
Visibility. Carmel’s App lets you view all available vehicles within our fleet that are minutes from you. Once you reserve your ride, you’ll be able to view your vehicle en route to reach you.
Airport Buttons. To ease with the frustration of typing in location names or the formalities of full name spelling, we offer key push buttons to major locations like your local airport. To go even further, if you need to take a flight from an airport in your next major City, booking for a family member in another state, or have a joining flight from an airport in another State, just click on the “other” tab and choose the airline provider you need.
On Demand Service. Need a car right now and can’t remember the phone number of your local limousine provider? No worries, just Carmel it! Make your reservation; we’ll be there within 20 minutes.
Carmel Later. For reservations needed in over 20 min, 2 weeks, or 2 years from now we suggest you use the Carmel Later button to secure your travels.
Stored Information. Here’s the icing on the cake, I think. Carmel’s app has a ton of store features! From your personal information, to past bookings, to storing your credit card information, the Carmel App was designed with ease in mind. Upon registering your app you’ll be prompted to input your name and contact information but what I think works great for customers is the feature to CHOOSE, yes choose whether you want your billing information saved or not. Here is why this works, some people would prefer not to have their credit card information stored, and that’s fine since it is totally up to you. But bear in mind, every time you reserve a ride you will have to key in your billing information, again and again. If that’s not your cup of tea and you would prefer to have automatic processing than be sure to check the Auto Charge box when filling in your billing information. This will make sure that each time you reserve you can skip the keying in process. And if you change your mind and no longer want to use the Auto Charge feature, no worries. Disable it.
