America’s Independence Day is about glory, pride, patriotism, and fun. The Big Apple will be buzzing with neon lights, fireworks, and music. While we’re thrilled to be the riding partner of New Yorkers, here’s what we’re doing to ensure you and your family ride safely in and around New York City.

  • We’ve created pickup and drop-off zones in the city’s most crowded areas.
  • We’ve ensured you can connect with thousands of riders conveniently via our mobile app.
  • You will receive critical notifications and updates on your ride and also the traffic in the city.
  • Our drivers will thoroughly sanitize their vehicles one hour before the ride and immediately after they finish a service.
  • The drivers will find the best navigation routes to avoid traffic and ensure a smooth ride for customers.
  • We’re offering multipoint pickup and drop-off services so you don’t have to book multiple vehicles and can support the environment.
  • We have upgraded our vehicles’ navigation and geolocation features so you know exactly where your loved ones are.
  • We’re ensuring that airport transits are smoother and hassle-free on this busy day and that we make the most comfortable airport limos available.

It’s summertime when splashes of yellow, orange, and amber hues fill the city skies. This is when New Yorkers step out with sunscreen and are excited to witness the magic at the Macy’s fireworks which begin after 9 pm. Here’s a list of exciting events around New York City that will give you the essential dose of fun and make your heart swell with pride.

This year we’re focusing on fun events and activities for friends and family.

Over sixty-five thousand shells (approximately 2,000 per minute) are fired off from the East River on five different barges. This spectacle lasts for half an hour and features vivid colors and shapes in 3D with dramatic effects created a mile across the river and thousands of feet in the air. The barges are positioned on the East River with prime viewing from three boroughs.

This year you will witness impressions of aquatic creatures like the Blinking Smiling Face, Whistling Jellyfish, Swimming Chrysanthemums, Little Snakes Swimming, and more.

The fireworks will begin with a pyro salute to the American spirit and showcase tall hats, little snake shells, mushrooms, and a tricolor interlocking ring to cheer the crowd.
